Each parent may have unique experiences, emotions, and objectives when navigating the complexities of special education needs.

By offering private 1-to-1 therapy, the therapist can address these individual aspects more effectively, ensuring that the support provided is entirely tailored to the parent’s situation. This personalised approach allows for deeper exploration of the parent’s experiences and emotions, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance and facilitating better progress in addressing their specific needs and goals.

This CBH program is designed to benefit anyone who is directly or indirectly impacted by the Special Education Needs journey, but specifically in relation to someone who is acting on behalf of a child,ie as a Parent, Guardian, Familiy Member.

The programme is designed to shift the dial on coping and building new strategies that are directly related to the nuances of the Special Education Needs landscape.

Whether you are a parent of a child with special educational needs, a caregiver, or have a close connection to someone going through this journey, the program aims to offer personalized support, empowerment, and guidance to help individuals navigate the complexities and challenges effectively.

The evidence-based techniques and empathetic approach of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy can be valuable in managing stress, building resilience, enhancing communication, and making informed decisions, ultimately leading to positive outcomes for both the child and the individuals supporting them on their journey.
