Our individualised Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) sessions are exclusively designed for one parent, offering personalised support and guidance throughout their special education journey.

Online Convenience:

Flexible online sessions, enable parents to access support from the comfort of their own homes, at their convenience.

Late Evening Availability:

We have some Sessions offered late evenings, accommodating parents’ busy schedules and allowing for unhurried discussions. We have even run one session following a parents evening

Typical Sessions:

The program typically consists of a series of 8 to 12 sessions. The exact number of sessions may vary depending on the individual’s needs and progress.
