Appointments can be changed for free 24 hours before the appointment time. Please email or click reply to the booking email with the request to vacate the booking. I will send an alternative arrangement for a new booking appointment. 

Appointments cancelled within 24 Hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee. The reason for this, is to cover the the fixed costs incurred for appointment slots and the efforts to fill the unfilled booking session.  

Appointment no shows will incur a 50% fee. To cover the cost, prep and lost full fee session
