Study Break Scheduler (Smart Pomodoro) – Free Tool for Focus & Burnout Prevention

How to use this Smart Pomodoro

1) Set your lengths

Default 25/5 with a 20-minute long break every 4 cycles is a great start. If you’re tired, try 20/5; if cruising, 30/5.

2) Start + stay single-task

Pick one task. During focus blocks, close inbox/tabs. Phone face down. Save any new ideas into a quick note for later.

3) Log tiny wins

After each focus, jot a concrete win (one sentence). These build momentum and make progress visible for revision reviews.

Pro tips

  • Energy match: Put harder subjects in your natural peak (see the Daily Energy Tracker).
  • Long breaks: Use for snacks, short walk, water — not doom-scrolling.
  • Calendar it: Use the Download .ics button to protect your next block.
  • Revision seasons: Shorten cycles near exam week if concentration dips (e.g., 20/5).
