How to get the most from this focus trainer
- Warm-up: 1 slow breath in/out before pressing Start. Aim for relaxed, steady attention.
- One pass only: scan top-left → bottom-right; notice numbers, colours, positions, labels.
- Log progress: use the history panel; repeat daily for a week and try shorter preview times.
- Pair it: if anxious/foggy, do a Box Breathing minute first; after, do one tiny task to use your focus.
Tip: Great micro-break between work blocks; helps reduce mind-wandering and strengthens working memory.
