First-hand industry experience

Therapy shaped by experience inside demanding professional environments.

Before moving into therapy, I worked as a business analyst within investment banking. That experience shapes the way I work with stress, anxiety, burnout and performance pressure.

Clients do not need to spend the first part of therapy explaining why long hours, competing priorities, senior expectations, difficult conversations or constant responsiveness can become exhausting.

The work focuses on the patterns that keep pressure running — and on building responses that work in the situations where they are actually needed.

How we work

Understand the pattern. Change the response.

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy combines cognitive and behavioural methods with hypnosis and structured rehearsal to work directly with the thoughts, behaviours and responses that keep a problem going.

01

Map what happens

Understand the situations, predictions, physical responses and behaviours that repeatedly trigger or maintain the problem.

02

Change the pattern

Work with unhelpful thinking, avoidance, habits and automatic responses rather than only trying to manage symptoms.

03

Rehearse real situations

Practise responding differently in the situations that matter so change transfers beyond the therapy room.
